At Samra Jewellery, we want you to cherish your fine jewelry pieces forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team or log into your account to submit a return authorization request specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Samra luxury packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity, diamond grading reports, and tags are included and intact.

• 3.
  Complimentary Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a secure courier to collect your package from your doorstep at no additional cost to ensure the safe transit of your precious items.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon receipt, our master jewelers will inspect the item for its original condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
